The World War I war memorial is located on the north wall of the north aisle.

OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II 1953, AND
IN THANKSGIVING FOR THE MEN AND WOMEN OF
EAST MARKHAM WHO RETURNED IN SAFETY FROM
THE SECOND WORLD WAR 1939-45, AS WELL AS A
LASTING MEMORIAL TO THOSE WHO DID NOT RETURN
