The war memorial is located in the extreme south-west corner of the churchyard, close to the entrance gates. It takes the form of a plain Celtic cross of concrete, set on a concrete shaft of obelisk form and resting on a plinth, also of concrete that bears the names of the Fallen.

The inscription around the base of the plinth reads:

TO THE MEMORY OF OUR GLORIOUS DEAD WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR, FRANCE & BELGIUM 1914 - 1918
